Guests have full self-catering access, with a stocked kitchen and daily snacks (fruit, coffee, tea, and pantry staples) included. Once a week, the group runs a cook-together dinner, splitting the grocery cost between everyone who joins.

Deposit & Payment Policy

To confirm your reservation and secure your spot, a $350 deposit is required. Alternatively, pay 100% upfront and enjoy complimentary pickup from Managua Airport.

Final Payment Due Date: Pay the remaining balance in full by January 15, 2027, at 12:00 PM (EST).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full Refund Deadline: To receive a full refund of your deposit or payment, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email before January 10, 2027.

Processing Fee: Refunds are processed via Wise and are subject to a $10 USD bank fee.

Absolutely, first-timers are very welcome. Casa Bloom is intentionally small (15 spots), so it's easy to get to know everyone quickly. The community program, weekly planning sessions, shared dinners, skill-exchange workshops, is designed to help you settle in naturally, even if you've never done a coliving before.

Airport pickup from Managua is complimentary if you pay 100% of your stay upfront. If you pay the $350 deposit and settle the balance later, transfer isn't included, but we're happy to help you arrange one.

Most nationalities, including US, EU, UK, Canadian, Australian, and Swiss passport holders, don't need a visa for stays up to 90 days. You'll just need a valid passport (6+ months validity) and a $10 USD tourist card on arrival. Nicaragua updated its entry rules in February 2026 and now requires a pre-approved visa for some other nationalities, so we recommend double-checking your specific requirement before booking.

May marks the start of the rainy season, hot and humid, with daytime temperatures around 32°C (90°F) and short but frequent downpours (roughly 17 rainy days over the month, usually in the afternoon). Pack light, breathable clothing, a light rain jacket or umbrella, comfortable walking shoes, swimwear for the pool, and reef-safe sunscreen. A reusable water bottle and mosquito repellent are worth bringing too.
